Nola & Ophélie (FATSABBATS)

FATSABBATS is an inclusive, decolonial and intersectional cultural and solidarity movement for queer and racialized communities and their allies in Brussels. United around common values, they work to pool their know-how, their activism and their desires in an associative format.

FATSABBATS was created in response to the needs of minority groups in Brussels and elsewhere: Their aim is to create a space that reflects who they are and that puts their communities, which are all too often invisibilized.

In collaboration with institutions, FATSABBATS organises cross-disciplinary and evolving events. Their audiences are active, participating in the development of shared skills and know-how.

They develop projects and actions around the following themes: ARTS / CARE / LOVE / SAFER / KNOWLEDGE / CHILL and this through conferences, talks, research tables, training, networking meetings, exhibitions, workshops, concerts & nightlife.
